24/7 monitoring and control of all the Campus operations systems including, but not limited to, Integrated Campus Automation System (ICAS), Building Automation System (BAS), Power Monitoring System (PMS), Lighting Control System (LiCS), Lab Control System (LCS), Toxic Gas Monitoring (TGM) and Fire Detection Alarm System (FDAS).
Reporting of critical alarms in the sub systems to helpdesk, management and follow up on the progress
Preventive Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance co-ordination with Maintenance team
Investigate and understand the root cause for any operational issues
Scheduling AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, SAVs & Lighting systems
Implementation of Energy saving ideas
Energy consumption & Water consumption, Emergency escalation (ref: Power outage, CHW outage, Fire alarm, Domestic water outage SOPs)
Participate in HAZOP studies related to Campus systems
Initiate continuous process improvements to improve operational effectiveness and assessment of all the sub system to make sure the system specification
Ensure all above activities are performed in compliance with KAUST standards and regulation
To perform other related duties, as requested by the management
Qualifications
Diploma/Associate Degree in Industrial Plants Operations or equivelant.
Experience
2-4 years of experience in plants/factories/utilities operations.
