We are a looking for a team member who has a relevant working experience, organised and methodical in tasking, fast worker, multi-tasker and open for career growth, and will be working on the following:
-Prepare orders inline with priority of the day and to the required timelines
-Complete orders accurately and ensure fully completed with tags removed and checked for quality issues before stacking for collection
-Complete all paperwork/ logs required
-Follow all processes to ensure all steps are taken to prepare orders
-Quality assure returns to assess for damage and report to appropriate authority
-Working with the supervisor to monitor timely last mile delivery
-Assist in the investigation to incorrect orders to establish the root cause
-Report any process issues or problems that could affect completing orders on time
-Report any out of stock orders or incomplete orders
-Ensuring all storerooms are always secure
-All goods are stored in their correct location
-Check stock for damages and ensure removed from system
-Responsible for receiving all stock in accordance with stock management processes
-Report low stock levels to manager/supervisor promptly
-Perform inspection on deliveries to confirm quality and no damaged stock
-Maintain an accurate inventory with daily checks and regular stock takes
-Properly place trash, empty cardboard, and pallets in storage areas
-Ensure collection point is well managed and clearly marked which parcels are ready for collection
-Notify the manager of accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
-Maintaining storerooms, passageways, floors, walls, office areas so that the highest degree of sanitation is kept. Perform daily check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene
-Responsible for completing requisition forms for inventory and supplies and ensure all requisitions are properly authorized.
-Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards.
