Product Manager (Financial Services)

Responsibilities

Work closely with the product leadership team and ensure a seamless product experience for the crews and pilots who deliver CAFU services.

Be the evangelist for our product operations and pilot activities and own the product roadmap.

Align and work with creative staffing models that bring together teams of product owners, engineers, data, UX, UI to drive and deliver on multiple product requirements, continuously gaining pace.

Challenge the business on ideas that will not bring value to CAFU and the consumer, ensure product focus is based on the big wins that will make a difference.

Develop detailed business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application.

Drive product launches including working with business expansion, marketing, executive and other product management team members.

Requirements

A successful candidate will be highly analytical, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products that customers love.

Previous consumer based digital product expertise. Experience delivering mobile product experiences will be advantageous. Proven experience as a Product Manager in a start-up / scale up environment or similar background. Is a SCRUM master and agile user, has a proven track record in managing multiple squads.

Your level of curiosity is off the scale, you follow consumer and business trends and are an early adopter of any new products and services.

You have a global mindset and always balance the external view with the internal.
