Ability to quickly learn new processes.
Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
Proven work experience in sales (finance market/real estate/banking/insurance/tele-sales)
Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
Flexible and can do attitude
Responsibilities:
Generating and qualifying leads over the phone
Managing, tracking, and following up on leads
Maintain close business relationships with clients
Extensive sales training is given to all newly recruited and staff has the opportunity of ongoing education to extend their knowledge in business and improve their skills.
Conducting sales presentations through the phone
Assist clients in buying and selling stock, shares, and commodities
Meeting quarterly sales goals
