Pre-Tour Planning:
Collaborate with the travel company to design and develop tour itineraries.
Research and select appropriate accommodations, transportation, and attractions.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary arrangements.
Prepare and distribute detailed tour information to customers and tour guides.
Handle all logistics, including booking flights, arranging visas, and managing travel documents.
Tour Execution:
Ensure all arrangements are in place before the tour begins.
Oversee the smooth operation of the tour, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
Communicate with tour guides, providing necessary instructions and support.
Monitor the progress of the tour, making adjustments as needed.
Handle any emergencies or unexpected situations that may occur during the tour.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the tour.
Customer Service:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the tour.
Act as a problem-solver, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Tour Manager or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected situations.
Proficient in using travel management software and online booking platforms.
Knowledge of local attractions, cultures, and languages (depending on the tour destination).
