Title: Seeking Partner with External Audit Experience for Exciting New Venture in UAE

Location: UAE

Are you a qualified CPA or Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of external audit experience in UAE? Do you possess the necessary qualifications to gain a license to practice audit in UAE and register a company there? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and help establish our new company in UAE

Responsibilities:

• Register the company in UAE
• Pay for the registration fees
• Develop and lead the marketing team
• Handle the UAE office and meet with potential clients
• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with clients and partners
• Manage external audit operations in UAE
• Provide financial and accounting advice to clients
• Collaborate with the backend team in Pakistan for smooth operations
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of external audit experience in UAE
• A qualified ACCA/CPA or Chartered Accountant, or possess the necessary qualifications to gain a license to practice audit in UAE
• Experience in company registration process in UAE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management skills

We offer an attractive profit sharing arrangement, with 60% of profits going to the UAE-based company and 40% going to the Pakistan-based backend company. As our partner, you will be responsible for developing the marketing team, handling the UAE office, meeting with potential clients, and developing new business opportunities.
