Overview:
We are seeking a highly responsible and motivated individual to join our team as a shop manager for our flagship electric scooter shop in Dubai, representing the renowned brand Inokim.ae. The ideal candidate will have a passion for electric scooters, be a hard worker, trustworthy, and eager to take on new responsibilities and grow in the position. Previous experience with electric scooters or other vehicles, strong managerial skills, and familiarity with similar products are highly advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the electric scooter shop, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and possible staff management.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and handling any complaints or issues in a professional manner.
Manage inventory levels, order and receive stock, and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to all safety and cleanliness regulations.
Conduct sales and implement strategies to improve sales and achieve targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Work closely with the Inokim.ae team to provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor insights to contribute to product development and business strategy.
Advantage, abilities to supervise and mentor shop staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
Passion for electric scooters and an understanding of the industry
Proven experience in a managerial role with communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to take on new responsibilities and contribute to the growth of the position.
Advantage if familiar with scooter repair and maintenance techniques.
Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
