HAYS Hiring for HR Manager Job at Dubai Full Time

An award-winning Hospitality Group that owns and operates F&B brands across the Middle East is looking for a seasoned and highly experienced HR Manager to join the team, reporting to the Group HR Director and CEO.

Your new role


You will be responsible for managing the overall HR function, supporting the business team in the UAE. You will lead and execute transformational HR and focus on people planning and development, performance management, employment law compliance, employee relations, recruitment and building and retaining a strong corporate culture and ethos.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR services to both office and frontline staff including manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention, performance management and employee relations.
• Manage HR Business Partner and act as key go to person of HRBP
• Analyse internal and industry data to identify cultural shifts or trends; leverage data to support recommendations and guidance, building a workforce that is future ready.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Legal, Finance and Central Operations teams.
• Ensure appraisals are carried out for each employee every 12 months, following up on development needs, as required.
• Implement corporate policies and procedures on compensation, incentive, bonus and benefits, setting proper benchmarking.
• Review and administer employee health insurance provisions.
• Administer and manage payroll, sick leave, annual leave, maternity leave, parental and bereavement leave.
• Continually assesses employee morale, analysing absenteeism and turnover records, lateness and resignations.

What you’ll need to succeed

HR Manager position requires a driven self-starter, who is just as comfortable working autonomously yet transparently sharing information with the senior management team. You are responsible for the development and implementation of the full HR and talent acquisition function and strategy for the entire business. As such, you have excellent organisational and planning skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
