**Job Description:**

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Real Estate Agent to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a key role in liaising with developers, identifying and selling new and exciting property developments, and delivering high-quality service to our esteemed clientele.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Collaborating with real estate developers to secure the best, most exciting projects for our clients.
2. Managing client portfolios, ensuring their investments are nurtured and that they see strong returns.
3. Providing top-notch customer service, from initial contact through to final sale, and beyond.
4. Utilizing market research and analysis to advise clients on potential investments.
5. Navigating and negotiating complex real estate deals with professionalism and integrity.
6. Networking and building relationships within the real estate industry to keep abreast of market trends and new opportunities.

**Requirements:**

1. Experience as a Real Estate Agent or relevant role is a plus, but not mandatory.
2. Strong negotiation skills, with a sense of urgency.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. A keen eye for identifying potential investment opportunities.
5. Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Languages: Main Chinese Languages and English.
