Summary:
The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, creating and executing sales strategies, and developing relationships with new and existing clients. Success in this position will involve achieving sales targets, building a strong sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role is a key part of the organization’s overall sales and business development function.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage and lead the sales team to drive growth and meet sales goals
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales or business development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Experience in creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals
