Description:

 Manage finance and accounts related functions on daily basis daily fund (cash flow report) receivables meeting and daily work related.
 Forecast cash flow positions and available funds.
 Ensures the availability of sufficient fund to meet the daily operation of the organization and capital investment requirements as well.
 Maintain banking relationship and Postdated cheques (PDCs) follow up.
 Manage the preparation of the organization’s budget
 Directly reports to the higher management pertaining to the variances of the established budget.
 Coordinates with the higher management in strategic planning.
 Responsible in daily financial analysis: Payment/Invoice follow up with selected customers/clients Checks and verifies payment release updates Suppliers payments, employees salary in SAP oversees scheduled external Audit prepares manual the Profit & Loss report of the organization in monthly basis.
