About the role

Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (AE)

Reporting To: RD&A Manager

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-Day Lab activity in the Beverage segment through application & innovation using Kerry’s flavors and ingredients.

• Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced and that everything is labelled properly and accurately.

• Build a Flavour portfolio for various beverage applications by identifying new flavors and collaborating with flavorists and the RDA team.

• Keep up to date all technical developments by maintaining RTD Recipes & Records.

• Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure that all equipment is in good operating order.

• Adopt safe working practices, including abiding by all laws and norms pertaining to environmental protection, health, and safety.

• Manage assigned responsibilities independently.

Qualifications and skills

• Open to fresh graduates with bachelor’s degree in food technology and food science

• Understanding of Analytical, Sensory, Quality methodologies applicable to beverage applications

• Must be able to speak and write in Arabic

• Excellent research skills and a willingness to grow.
