Use host away as channel manager
Create listings online for holiday home
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue for holiday homes in Dubai
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor pricing and demand to adjust pricing accordingly
Create and maintain pricing and inventory reports and make data-driven decisions to maximize revenue
Manage relationships with online travel agencies, tour operators, and other distribution channels to ensure optimal visibility and bookings
Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure pricing and promotions are aligned with business objectives
Develop and manage revenue forecasting models and budgets to achieve financial targets
Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling
Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as occupancy, revenue per available room, and average daily rate
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to pricing and revenue management
Any responsibilities regarding reservation
Candidate Requirements
3+ years of experience in hospitality revenue management, preferably in the vacation rental or holiday homes industry
Experience in working with different channel manger
Very important to have experience with listing properties online on booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and other OTAs
Experience in pricing and inventory management, forecasting, and distribution channel management
Computer Literate – MS Software (Windows, Word, Excel, PPT) and PDF
Proficiency in revenue management software and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, team members, and partners / Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Knowledge of local regulations and legal requirements related to pricing and revenue management
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure
Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales team with any additional work as needed
Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on services.
Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence.
