Fit Out Estimator
Job Location : Abu Dhabi
Requirements :
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field Civil/Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 work experience in joinery / fit out in a well-established organization in a similar position at least 2 years of it in UAE.
• Analyze drawings, prepare BOQ with specifications.
• Prepare the estimation with detailed break up possibly using estimation models and tools.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to get the price for various elements within the project.
• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposal, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
