Job Description

To track delivery schedules and ensure deliveries are met as per timelines
Responsible for overseeing the timely delivery of goods
Responsible and accountable for providing information of the availability of trucks to the despatcher
Responsible and accountable for tracking deliveries of goods and entering in the system and updating customers or superiors as required
Responsible and accountable for manually updating the offloading details in the system
Responsible for coordinating with clearing agents for clearance of shipments
Responsible for dealing with customers attending to complaints if any resolving them in conjunction with the superiors
Responsible for monitoring and reporting driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns or licensing issues
Responsible for handling emergency situations as per emergency operations
Responsible for preparing and submitting analysis for operations activities
Responsible and accountable to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost
Responsible for timeously preparing daily reports monthly reports
Responsible for doing any other related logistics functions as requested or required
Analyzing and implementing improvements to existing processes procedures
Submitting reports as per the agreed deadlines

Candidate Requirements

Qualification :Bachlor Degree
Computer Skill : MS Office
