Position :Senior Product and Application Specialist/Ultrasound Trainer

Location:Dubai

Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years’ Experience. Candidates from Healthcare distribution background is a must. Candidates who has work experience for ultrasound in Dermatology division will be preferred.

Skills: Good communication skills,analytical skills and presentation skills. Deep understanding of end[1]user needs and finding ways to meet them.Fluncy in Arabic and English.

Qualification: Bachelor in Biomedical engineering or equivalent degree.

Job role:

• clinical marketing specialist, responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, in order to grow the business and spread awareness of our products and services.

• In charge of ultrasound team, covering all of UAE. Providing guidance and leading the team towards achieve both personal and company targets.

• Formulate competitive analysis, customer profiling, filling weekly reports, reporting outcome of demonstrations whether successful or not and reasons behind the same, completing demonstration and training forms after each session conducted, attending meeting whenever necessary.

• Trouble shooting with the end user and finding clinical explanations of issues that might arise.

• Full participation in the marketing events (congresses, exhibitions, workshops, conferences, and campaigns) – Always ensure patient’s best interest.

• Trained staff on proper use of systems and conducted orientation seminars.

• Oversaw document development across project workstreams to create internal control statements per compliance and regulatory standards.

• Collaborated closely with upper management to drive strategy through development and implementation of new processes.

• Prepare action plans and reports on current and future businesses.

• Organize and conduct internal training for team members on all the latest equipment from manufacturers

Salary package: 15k to 18 k AED based on the experience and skills.
