Our client is a government entity looking for Specialist based in Dubai.
Department : Commercial Transport Activities
Requirement:
- Experience in Big 4 management consulting firms
- Overall total years of experience 9-11 years.
- Total years of experience in management consulting firms should be at least 4 years. “EY,Strategy&. , PWC, Deloitte, KPMG…
- Experience in strategies formulation and planning, managing projects from scratch, Business development and transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration from a recognized university. Masters preferred.
JOB PURPOSE
Provide complete leadership and assistance to start, study, and advance commercial transport integration approaches, policies, initiatives and implementation systems to improve operational efficiency
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Carry out competitive analysis, industry practices and benchmarking studies and investigations in order to identify development opportunities and areas of improvement and advice Director accordingly
· Prepare strategic goals for the related areas
· Develop action areas and strategies to overcome deficiencies and achieve the strategic transport plans
· Coordinate with designated departments to find out survey and research requirements.
· Perform all jobs as deemed necessary for the role
· Analyze the inferences and report to management
· Review, benchmark & recommend updates for commercial transport policies in coordination with legal department and Strategic planning Department in order to fulfil the need and requirements of commercial transport licensing within the emirates.
· Participate when required in all departmental efforts related to the PT certification to ISO and/or required international standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED43,000.00 per month
