Minimum of 3 years working as an F&B Manager in the UAE
Excellent grooming standards
Excellent understanding of health and safety aspects and DM regulations
Conducting pre-shift meetings of employees.
Attend to complaints, feedbacks and remedy situations
Knowledge of Financial system, budget and forecasting, monthly report
Provide excellent guest satisfaction.
Able to manage stock, staff rosters, orders and overall food quality.
Ensure efficient kitchen operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity and quality.
Management skills and experience in both front and back of the house
Take corrective actions if necessary to ensure standards are maintained.
Scheduling and training employees and ensuring proper coverage.
Forward solutions and suggestions to eradicate complaints and other comments from guests to the Owners.
