Work Allocation:
It is anticipated that 35% of the job holder’s time will be allocated to Customer Experience with the remaining 65% allocated to Marketing Projects.
Main Accountabilities:
The job holder will be accountable for the following key areas of work as part of the MEA Marketing Team. The precise nature of the projects will vary from period to period and will determined by the CMO MEA in consultation with the Marketing Team leaders.
To lead and support defined priority projects and stakeholder programmes arising from the launch and roll- out of Cigna’s new Customer Experience global strategy, programmes and priorities. This will include:
o To design and roll-out activities to gather customer data highlighting key areas for improving overall marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
o To undertake analysis of all available customer-related data and make recommendations to the Customer Experience Committee on key initiatives and programmes necessary for early action
o Lead and run the Customer Experience program for the ME region – design and roll-out new initiatives and cross-business programmes to grow and build the quality and effectiveness of the Cigna Customer Experience
o To build strong collaborative relationships with regional business and marketing stakeholders to ensure Customer Experience remains high on their agenda
o To identify best practice customer experience initiatives from other organisations that can be readily adapted to accelerate Cigna’s programme of activities and initiatives
o To prepare and lead the Customer Experience Committee & working groups, research and preparation of proposals for review and decision by the Customer Experience Committee o Interface with the IM Customer Experience team & IM Council (IT, Project Management, IM Digital)

This role will require an experienced marketing professional who is capable of working effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, business line managers and marketing staff across the different geographic regions of the Cigna business.
