The Role

You will be working in the Mackenzie Jones Solutions division.

MJ Solutions provides an embedded Talent acquisition team to clients who are looking to hire white collar professionals in volume.

• As a Talent acquisitions specialist (TAS) you will be reporting into our Project Director and executing on open vacancies with your assigned client(s)
• You will be responsible for the full 360 hiring scope of each role assigned, from search to overseeing onboarding.
• Updating and maintaining notes on a CRM/ATS system.
• The TAS will need to be able to develop and maintain influential relationships with client line manager and be able to actively move the hiring process along.
• You must have proven search skills and produce solutions for processes that might stall.
• Obtain live interview feedback to progress or revise hiring/searches.
• Attend weekly MJ Solution meetings for progress updates.
• Regularly attending job briefings and key client meetings.
• You will be expected to work a range of role types.

The Person

Key Requirements:

• Higher education (Degree, diploma, HR qualification)
• 3-6 years recruitment experience (some inhouse experience would add value)
• A proven track record on placing a range of role types.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and influence them.
• Have access to and able to drive – you will be onsite with clients.
