Position Title: Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading healthcare entities in the region, representing multinational pharmaceutical and consumer companies. Job Description: – Manage Warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision. – Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and operations. – Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. – Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency. – Control and manage inventory regularly and oversee general maintenance when necessary. – Prepare Monthly budgets and liaise with suppliers and transport companies for administrative functions. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyse productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention. – Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.

Requirements
- Male, 45 years old and below – Bachelor’s Degree or any relevant certificate – At least 5 years’ experience in the same role in managing employees – Preferably a candidate that has a proven hands-on experience in FMCG and Pharmaceuticals distribution operations – Well-experience in managing warehouse, maintaining company standards & policies, controlling inventory & supervising, and directing order cycle – Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
