Job Information:

You organise and coordinate the facility, restaurant and reception activities at the location.

You are the first point of contact for your employees and for managers in healthcare and you maintain contacts with residents, visitors, suppliers and other disciplines.

You are responsible for the implementation of the personnel policy and are responsible for the maintenance budget.

You make an active contribution to the further design and professionalisation of the facility management and hospitality within organisation.

Job Experience:

• Have an appropriate education and/or experience at a minimum working and thinking level;
• Have at least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in a similar position;
• Has an exemplary function in the field of hospitality and radiates this to your team;
• You have an affinity with elderly care and know how to translate this into actions together with your team;
• Are able to connect and build a team, one team in which everyone works together for the same result. Your leadership style is coaching and guiding;
