As a store manager with us, we expect you to enjoy a fast pace where no two days are the same.
You are responsible for the operation of the store, this involves everything from merchandising, inventory, handling of key figures and budgets, inventory and inventories.
You understand what is most important in a store, namely our customers.
You keep up to date with fashion and trends and are keen to keep up with the market. You like to work at a fast pace, are not afraid to take on a challenge and have a competitive instinct that smells of burning.
You are the manager who will develop and lead your team and your employees to perform.
Job Experience:
Ensure that you and the team always provide good service to our customers
Lead the team and be confident in the role for personnel development
Plan staffing plans, recruitment and training
Follow budgets and key figures
Sales activities, both internally and in line with the centre’s marketing department
Inventory and inventories
