Answer all telephone inquiries and resolve challenges, or otherwise assist our guests by telephone
Answer all email inquiries via customer service.
Handle all inquiries from guests who have come in via email and assist in solving challenges, answering questions or being of other help to our guests
Answer all inquiries on chat function related to cinema programmes, opening times etc. – Answer all inquiries on Facebook pages related to customer service
Switchboard function for the administration during office hours
Good communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
Good IT and computer skills, including within Office
Education in administration is a plus, but not a requirement
In addition, the applicant has a good ability to work independently, structured and systematically. You are otherwise accommodating and service-oriented. The positions take place in rotation during the day, evening and every other weekend, (both Saturday and Sunday).
