Mission

This role is key to achieving the overall objectives of the production team so the challenge involves having the commercial skills to develop spare parts suppliers with the quality and price that fits the Kavak model as well as operational skills as you will be responsible for leading a purchasing and warehousing team.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve indicators.
• Contact and negotiate with suppliers with adherence to specifications, price, payment terms, delivery dates according to workshop requests.
• Ensure that the average time of arrival of spare parts does not exceed 3 days from the approval of work order.
• Manage the parts inventory levels closely for auto repair and sales needs without delay based on projected demand and matching cost targets. Monitor inventory levels.
• Order parts that meet the cost and quality standards of the automotive parts department, dealership, and vehicle manufacturers
• Ensuring the effective management of the spare parts warehouse.
• Ensuring the return of spare parts that were faulty or purchased and are not operationally needed
• Follow-up and monitoring of indicators ensures continuous objective feedback with the team.
