Job Purpose:
To consolidate the group’s financials and business performance analyses, provide quarterly financial forecast, annual budget preparation, global customer profitability analysis, various financial system implementation and enhancement as well as providing support to Senior Management and Board of Directors for various decision-making process.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare regional and group level consolidated financial reports on monthly basis.
- Prepare regional and group level financial analysis and executive summary on monthly basis.
- Coordinate and work closely with regions/units to complete and analyse the quarterly financial forecast.
- Coordinate and work closely with regions/units to complete the annual budgeting exercise and prepare various board packages/presentations for the annual budget approval by the board.
- Manage the Financial System (Oracle EPBCS) and carry out system enhancement tasks on a regular basis.
- Co-ordinate with newly acquired business units for all the financial reporting matters and system integration etc.
- Implement financial system process and procedure improvement.
- Lead the digitalization process of all financial reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with global business units for all the ad hoc financial reporting matters.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Professional accounting qualification is a must
- More than 7 years of working experience in Accounting & Finance functions, of which no less than 3 years in financial system implementation and maintenance
- Experience in regional or head office functions in MNC, ability to communicate with people from different regions
- Effective communicator (written and oral), capable of influencing in a multi-cultural environment
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid experience in financial system implementation or enhancement
- Ability to handle complex data and financial analysis with multiple currency, detail oriented and can perform well under pressure and tight timeline
- With relevant industry knowledge an advantage
