What you’ll do:
- Quotations on both standard and non-standard products
- Placing orders via our sales tools
- Managing Outlook mailboxes, both co-worker and customer specific
- Liaise with customers on order status and managing customer specific requirements.
- Dealing with customer queries or issues
- Initiating and tracking customer service CALL for product returns
- Liaise with local warehouse and local vendors on orders and stock movement
- Reporting, including Back Order and ad-hoc customer requirements
- Changes to products and prices within ServiceTrack catalogues
- Product information, including manufacturer data sheets and specification checking
- Liaise with internal departments, including Customer Services, Credit and Purchasing
- Work with key vendors and partners as required to develop
- opportunities and relationships in existing clients
- Understand vendor promotions and special bid processes
- Understand deal registration process
- Assist with holiday cover and training of co-workers
What you need to succeed:
Must-have:
- PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Web Browser) with fast & accurate keyboard skills, able to create and apply formulas
- Use of internal tools for account management and order processing (Microsoft Navision, CRM)
- Understanding the importance of accurate reporting
- Understanding of the IT industry sales channel
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a commercial environment preferred
- Previous administration experience in a similar role preferred
- Industry product and service knowledge preferred

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to build a rapport with customers, partners and internal co-workers
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to change and prioritise tasks constantly throughout the
