Hilton Hiring for Food & Beverage Strategy Development Internship – Dubai Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for an Undergraduate intern to provide a high level of project management support to Food and Beverage Leadership.

Secondary duties of this internship include managing the schedule and administrative requirements of the F&B Leadership Team to a high standard.

What will you be doing?

Project Management Support

• Act as F&B Lead on ESG Corporate Initiatives (Dubai Office)
• Produce professional presentations for F&B leadership senior team
• Support Senior Directors to Project Manage complex initiatives and Playbook creation

Administrative Tasks

• Manage F&B meetings schedule and agenda to maximize attendance and quality of discussion with appropriate action minutes taken & followed up to ensure action

Qualifications

• We are looking for an undergraduate student at the point of application.
• You must be able to undertake a full time (40 hour per week) 10 – 12-month internship, from the start date.
• One studying towards a Hospitality or Business Management related degree is preferred; however, we will consider applicants from other disciplines provided you are able to demonstrate a strong desire to progress a career in this area.
• We are looking for a candidate who has worked in a multicultural environment.
• We are looking for a candidate who is local to Dubai, who already has a suitable visa and the correct right to work.
