Personal Banking is the largest segment within Retail Banking comprising over 400k customers AED 900Mn Revenue AED 7 billion Deposits and AED 17 billion Assets This segment focused approach is critical for next phase of growth as we need to have dedicated action plan at segment level to manage emerging challenges
The unit is thus created to conceptualize develop and implement a sustainable customer driven segment management system to maximize the Banks business from the Personal Banking customer segments Customer and PL ownership will rest with the Personal Banking segment head while products and channels will be servicing functional needs

Job Purpose
Job holder is accountable for Proactively managing the Employee Banking fulfillment team to achieve or exceed the sales and service objectives assigned for new customer acquisition asset crosssell and servicing of key payroll relationships with help of Employee Banking RMs using exceptional sales leadership skills to ensure profitable business development and growth
Sales target delivery through strategic planning in coordination with Employee Banking RMs

Marketing and branding activities for Employee Banking
New business development initiatives
Ensure Cost of AcquisitionSales is within the allocated Annualized Sales Budgets
Team Management of current strength and team buildup

Job Content
1 Financial Target
Sales planning execution and financial performance monitoring and tracking
Support Employee Banking RMs in meeting their annual targets
Provide link between business expectations and sales organizational Capabilities
Generate Cross Sell opportunities to Existing Customer base of payroll relationships working closely with Employee Banking RMs
Achieving cross cell retail products by identifying customer needs to offer the right product
Develop and prepare sales quarterlyyearly business plan and proposal for incentive structure for the higher management to approve
Seek approval propose and coordinate with the Head of SalesHead of Retail for deviationdeferralrecommendation of a finance submission on case to case basis
2 Customer Service
Ensure customer services turnaround time and customer stratification is maintained a high level
Provide support to Employee Banking RMs to manage key payroll relationships and also engage with internal stakeholdersCIB BUB Product Teams and PSB to align on delivery goals
3 Team Development
Train resources on Product Policy Documentation competition offerings etc Training programs ongoing basis
Ensure full headcount is maintained throughout the year by building pipeline for new sales agents
Proactive consequence management to weed out low performers
Job Requirements:
4 Operational Efficiency
Conduct Performance appraisals monthly quarterly and yearly basis and recommend Retention solution and Skill Enhancement training via HR
Conduct Regular Monthly Meetings to resolve issues and process enhancement procedures Work closely with creditoperations department for remedial and counteractive actions to be taken case to case basis when required
Effective lead management and Initiate sales promotions with adherence to the marketing principles of the bank for an improved customer acquisition management
Closely work with higher management and strategic planners for an enhancedimproved planning and decision making
Maintain a low risk rating by the business and Shariah compliance
Revisiting TML based on business acquisition reports from Policy and Risk
Relationship maintenance and quality enhancement to the TML
Maintain attrition by sourcing New to bank Acquisition to balance the portfolio and timely Renewal of DepositsApplicable to Liabilities
5 Stakeholder Management
Deal with internal and external stakeholders to drive Employee Banking agenda
Ensure service levels for high value payroll relationships is delivered
Periodic updates to management on progress made
6 Personal Development
Develop and enhance leadership qualities
Focus on team management and development
Act as mentor for junior staff and help them grow as individuals and professionals
Educational
Graduate postgraduate with preferred specialization in marketing finance banking or related discipline

Around 810 years work experience
56 years of SalesProductSegment Management experience or working in financial institution
Sales and distribution experience an advantage
Demonstrated ability to identify and realize new opportunities
Local market knowledge advantage Multi country experience preferred
Strong communication skills both verbal and written an absolute must formal presentation skills
