A leading Medical Devices company is actively recruiting a Sourcing and Procurement Manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Manage sourcing strategy & operations and ensure business development and sourcing sustainability.
• Negotiating & updating prices in the database & communicating to the management on the price trend
• Developing and implementing process improvements in the supply chain and identifying new vendors/suppliers.
• Collaborating and coordinating with all internal departments to integrate procurement and logistics with business processes.
• Ensuring all procurement and logistics procedures are compliant with government rules and regulations.
• Prepares and evaluates supplier quotations to provide cost-effective solution.
• Developing a monthly report to keep the management updated.
• Conducting market research and analysing cost
• Organizing business reviews with key suppliers
• Provide training and collaborative communications for purchasing and supply chain functions.
• Manage and maintain data related to procurement.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 – 7 years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing or similar.
• Proven track record of success in procurement, logistics and supply chain.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
