Mission

Key responsibilities include defining and implementing online and offline regional fragrance activities and ensuring consistency in brand representation while respecting guidelines implementation throughout markets.

Main Accountabilities

• Contribute to increase consumers brand experience
• Define, implement, and monitor trade marketing and ecommerce yearly plans per retailer in alignment with central marketing guidelines (promotions, animations, launch activities, sampling, gifting…)
• Prepare Marketing & Commercial guidelines for every trade animation (POSM, mailings, sales folders, VM tools, Promo fixtures, Planogram)
• Monitor ecommerce and digital share of voice and performance per platform
• Ensure proper monitoring of quantitative and qualitative results following campaigns & analyze profitability
• Support manager in defining and implementing local support budget
• Ensure excellence at POS level and maximum coherence with Company strategy and brand image -Visual Merchandising and Interior Design (VM&ID)
• Coordinate implementation of central visual merchandising guidelines online and offline
• Harmonize roll out of VM tools for each launch
• Consolidate report of implementation through before /after actions
• Market Analysis
• Perform competition analysis and interpret results recommending relevant actions
• Monitoring competitors’ launches, activities
• Understand consumer trends users and expectations as well as marketing trends

PROFILE

• University graduate in marketing or business-related disciplines
• 3 years of marketing and/or trade marketing, experience in luxury retail will be an advantage
• Experience working with eCommerce Platforms & CRM tools
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Arabic is a plus
