Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files records and documentation Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and record Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately Provides clerical support to the HR department Ensuring background and reference checks are completed Perform administrative duties such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department Maintain proper records of employee leaves and requisition forms Check staff attendance sheets and submit monthly attendance report Assist HR Manager in policy formulation hiring and salary administration Submit online job postings shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews Conducts or assists with new hire orientation and training sessions Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries Performs other duties as assigned Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Thorough knowledge of the UAE labor laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Good computer and electronic record skills
