Stallion HR Solutions is urgently looking for a Floor Plan Inspector with prior experience in any events & exhibition company or infrastructure.

Job Description

Review all submitted Events and Exhibition Floor Plans.

• Conduct initial and final review of all submitted Floor plan.
• Approved the events floor plan if found no noncompliance to Comapny’s Health and Safety Rules and Regulations
• Monitor the event set up on site as per the approved floor plan and implement the HSE Rules and Regulations.

Site Inspection:

• Prepare a checklist of compliance using the system if it complied with the approved Floor Plan
• Conducting a site inspection for each approved floor plan into three phases:

1. Build Up

2. Opening

3. Tear Down

• On site discussion with the concerned planner to advise the Organizer for rectification and compliance.

Reports:

• Upload approved Event floor plan into the system.
• Generating general inspection report
• Prepare a report of noncompliance during the site inspection.
• Reconcile monthly report of Floor plan Summary review.

To Formulate and Develop Procedures And Guidelines:

• To update the Health and Safety Rules and Regulations, Procedure and Guidelines, Company Master Floor Plan, DEC Master floor plan and other external venues.
• Updating the H&S Rules and Regulations as per the DM, DCD and DTCM and other Local Government and International Guidelines.
• Follow up on stand completion status and ensure that the halls are ready for the opening.
• Carry out pre-opening checks.
• Implement any other duties as assigned by Venues Infrastructure and assist him in all operations matters
• Implement duties in line with the Quality Standards, Security and Health & Safety requirements.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Computer literacy essential
• Report Writing
• IOSH certified

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 8 months

Salary: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
