Job Responsibilities: –

Retail Leasing Executive ensures efficiency of the Property Department projects by executing and monitoring all the phases of the process, from negotiation & presentations through store completion process within due dates, coordination of all documents, authorizations and payments within due dates and establishes a trusting relationship between all publics.

Lease Agreements Process and Execution

– Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure completion.

– Lead and update the status report and schedules for all properties phases.

– Prepare Retail Presentations for Mall Management.

– Prepare Brand Principal Presentations for store selection and criteria

– Assist with all the administration work for Property Department

– Responsibility for Brands Registration process and execution.

– Manage the flow of all lease related documents.

– Maintains files to ensure that documentation is always up to date.

– Prepares various leasing supporting forms for managerial approval.

– Collects and maintains up do date insurance certificates of all tenants and properties.

Establish and Maintain Good Relationships

– Establish and maintain good rapport with landlords, mall management, and building management team.

– Always represent the company in the highest professional and ethical manner.

– Coordinate all legal, finance and administration matter between departments.

Unit Reporting and Follow Up

– Ensure approvals and authorizations from landlords and shopping malls, official entities and authorities are executed on time.

– Ensure inspections and fit out process and regulations are within due date.

– Communicates and coordinates corrective systems actions which involve system enhancements or process change.

Requirements: –

– A university degree in a suitable major (preferable in business Administration) with at least 3 years of experience in leasing retail/commercial/shopping centers with a reputed real estate company.

– Strong working knowledge of leasing aspects in the commercial and business particularly in the Middle East.

– A good understanding of the regional and local Retail, Commercial / property development market
Proficiency in MS Office Applications

– Excellent Communications skills
