Job Description:
Build, maintain and develop good internal and external labor relations of the whole system
Organize activities to take care of employees’ lives according to approved plans and policies
Receive and answer questions, complaints and labor disputes in accordance with the law
Handling labor conflicts, violations of labor regulations, discipline, dismissal
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Labor Relations or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position
- Proficient in MS Office and related software.
- Skills in drafting administrative documents, human resources, other types of labor contracts
- Knowledge of labor laws and relevant legal regulations
- Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
