Repton Dubai is seeking to appoint a Senior School Deputy Head Academic to start August 2023.
The Deputy Head Academic (DHA) will work alongside the Deputy Head Pastoral and Wellbeing, in supporting the Head of the Senior School in the effective day-to-day running of the school. He or she will, on occasion, deputise for the Head of the Senior School. The DHA will be a member of the Senior Management Team of the Senor School and a member of the Senior Leadership Team of Repton School. He or she will be directly responsible to the Head of the Senior School.
The DHA will be responsible for the quality of teaching and learning and the standards of academic achievement at Repton Senior School.

Experience & Education Requirements for Teachers
- Bachelor’s degree plus QTS and PGCE
- For specialist teachers, the bachelor’s degree must be in a directly related field (e.g. Physics teacher should have a science related bachelor’s degree)
- For senior school positions teaching KS4 and above, IB and A level teaching experience is desirable
- Ideally we require a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
