The Marketing Executive – UAE & Oman will…

• Support the Marketing Manager – UAE & Oman to develop and execute the strategy for the ENTERTAINER in the UAE & Oman
• Conduct descriptive, prescriptive, and ROI analysis of raw data to draw and present business insights in a visually efficient and clear manner, and generate key actionable business recommendations.
• Lead, align and monitor marketing campaigns from planning to execution including writing comprehensive marketing campaign briefs for our in-house Creative team.
• Understand consumers’ needs and receive feedback through phone and email, identify relevant insights, monitor & track consumer trends and behavior to develop tailored action plans.
• Monitor and analyze competition and market share trends
• Develop an understanding of the market, competition, and customers through the analysis of market and consumer research.
• Compile plans and suggest improvements, in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and grow relationships with key media and strategic partners in the UAE & Oman
• Assist in developing and maintaining a localized brand proposition and act as a guardian of the brand identity
• Negotiate and prepare quotations for suppliers and control the quality of deliverables
• Provide marketing support to UAE Sales Team in regards to merchant acquisition and marketing.
• Facilitate communication between Marketing and the UAE Sales Team to ensure the objectives of both departments are fulfilled.
• Work with merchant partners to facilitate their participation in marketing initiatives.

Experience required

• 1-3 years’ experience
• Arabic and English are a must
• Highly analytical with the ability to get clear value out of data
• Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and excel sheet modeling
• Knowledge of SQL and proficiency with business intelligence tools (ex. Tableau) is a plus
• Good numerical and budgeting skills with the ability to assess results and adapt planned activities accordingly
• A creative and enthusiastic outlook
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines & cope with the consequent pressure
• Existing relationships with local media and other potential local partners will be a benefit
