Are you experienced in Operations or Customer Service within a High-End Beauty Salon or Hospitality Environment?

Are you looking for an exciting new role, and ready for an international move?

We are looking for a polished, professional Operations Manager for a premium beauty salon in Dubai. With a reputation for excellence and impeccable service, the salon’s standards are exceptionally high.

A record of success in a luxury spa, salon or premium hospitality environment is essential, as is flawless English. A diploma or degree in Beauty Therapy or Hospitality Management would be an advantage but is not essential.

Front of house, you will ensure guests are treated with consummate professionalism, and treatments are always of the highest quality.
You will confidently educate both guests and colleagues on the salon’s services and products. And using your interest in the industry, you will continuously seek new ways to grow or improve the Salon’s service offering.

Leading by example, you will promote a healthy and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to boost morale and retention. Identifying areas where training is needed, you will facilitate training sessions that meet the salon’s high standards.

Behind the scenes, you will ensure the salon runs seamlessly, managing scheduling, stock control and general management of your team and the clinic.
