When you think of food delivery in the MENA region, we’d be pretty surprised if talabat didn’t pop into your mind first! Since delivering our first order in Kuwait in 2004, we’ve grown quite a lot over the past 17 years.

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Coordinator Onboarding & Incubation to pursue scaling our multifaceted and dynamic restaurant onboarding operations. You will also play a role in ensuring our operation capabilities are continuously evolving to meet the ongoing needs of the business and our dining service by improving restaurant performance of the full estate of our verticals and convenience vendors.
What’s On Your Plate?
- Restaurant Training including installation of Talabat system at partner locations.
- Ensures & improves the restaurant’s operation and increase the customer adoption of F&B service offered.
- Implement new configurations to support operations.
- Proactively liaise with restaurants, investigating and resolving restaurant issues in a timely manner.
- Identify causes of operational issues as well as symptoms, diagnosis, and cure.
- Collaborative problem solving with many different stakeholders in the business:, Account management, content management, vendor support, etc.
- Restaurant Performance data analysis & reporting.
- Scheduling and carrying out training with new and existing restaurant partners, troubleshooting and tech replacement if needed.
What Did We Order?
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-2 years experience in operations or logistics. Food/grocery tech industry is highly desirable.
- The ability to quickly adapt to new environments and systems so you can hit the ground running.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
- Advanced excel and data interpretation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
