Job Description:

Negotiate volumes, portfolio, bonuses, such as sales targets and trading margin for boxes approved by the Group;

Control credit terms and payment delays;

Design horizontal objectives for all Regions/Managers and customers and references on a monthly basis, encouraging their implementation with the sales team and sending regular reports;

Encourage sales growth in the respective regions and improve the penetration of our products, as well as the image and presence of our products at the point of sale;

Validates pre-orders and payments to factoring;

Propose the Monthly Bonus for Customers of your channel;

Report your daily tasks to your superior, including anomalies that occur during the execution of your tasks with daily reports;

Job Requirements:

Degree in Management and Marketing or related areas;
Professional training in business management;
Minimum 3 years experience in the field;
Specific knowledge management and leadership of teams and sales;
Category Management, knowledge of the basic principles of product organization inside the Point of Sale;
