The role is client-facing and the individual is responsible for ensuring the cluster members are operating the campaign smoothly whilst supporting the BDs in managing the clients on day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Is accountable for the management and continued learning of the team in all aspects of planning and communications strategy.
• Leads client activity to deliver innovative and ambitious plans that deliver client objectives and key performance Indicators.
• Attend and represent the team at important external and internal client meetings, including senior management status meetings, briefing sessions, campaign reviews, QBRs etc.
• Support the Business Director and other teams during new business initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Paid Search, Display and Paid Social programs, offline media whilst maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
• Help to create a roadmap of initiatives to enable defined objectives.
• Build a strategy approach (Full-funnel approach including ECOM).
• Identify insights for the client based on owned & market insights for ECOM & performance led client.
• Builds and develops media owner relationships in order to drive market-leading planning for clients.
• Connects with internal and external networks to deliver against one operating model, considering internal products.
• when delivering planning solutions to clients.
• Works with other departments to ensure a campaign goes live on time through the use of best practices and adherence to Service Level Agreement’s.
• Measure and analyze results. Regular reports on what is working, what is not and propose adjustments to strategies and tactics.
• Understand organizational and product goals and map them to specific project deliverables.
• Manages junior team members in order to deliver their individual personal growth targets.
• Oversee output from the team, providing quality control on any documents produced by the team.
