Role: Oracle CX Sales & Service Cloud Consultant

Location: Dubai

Duration: 1-year and Extendable

We are looking for Oracle CX – Sales & Service Cloud for Aspire systems, Dubai and the deployment will be with one of our leading customers in Dubai. Please confirm if you are fine with the JD and share the below details and your CV:

Resposibilities:

  • Overall 8-10 experience and expertise in implementing Oracle Sales & Service
  • Should have strong knowledge in Oracle Sales & Service (Engagement cloud).
  • Should have strong knowledge on Sales automation process Lead Management, Opportunity Management.
  • Should have working experience on customization & configurations of Oracle Sales & Service (Engagement cloud) like creating custom objects, Application composer, Page composer, Object workflows, Approval Workflows.
  • Experience in groovy scripting
  • Experience in Application Integration
  • Experience in creating reports using OTBI Analytics cloud.
  • Experience in Oracle Engagement Cloud administration activities like creating users, Job roles, duty roles, security roles
  • Should have strong knowledge in Data migration
  • Should have knowledge on Assignment Manager.
  • Experience in building DCS portal
  • Having Oracle Policy Automation/ICS skills will be added additional advantage.
