Ellington Properties Hiring for Architectural Project Manager Job at Dubai

To expand our practice in UAE, we are searching for a Architectural Project Manager who values our enthusiasm and skills. The role would be part of our Architecture/ Design Team. As a senior member of our expert design group, you will operate independently to help bridge between design team and site team for execution of the approved design, and to coordinate for all authorities approvals . Because of your background, you are well-versed in the site plan, specs, budgets, and building standards. You’ll be in charge of leading and coordinating a multi-disciplined group of designers, builders, and engineers who are dedicated to developing exceptional design concepts in ecologically friendly environments.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the development of technical drawings
• Completely control the program of Design and starting of construction
• Compile the project requirements
• Coordinate with all disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP, ID) to provide a coordinated coherent package
• Coordinate with consultants for all authorities’ approvals
• Review Architectural Site submittals (Shop drawings, material submittal, RFI..etc)
• Regular site visits and coordination with site team during full period of construction

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Must possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in the similar field with at least 5 in the UAE
• Must have experience in project documentation and authorities approvals.
• Excellent layout and daft talent and competence with CAD
• Experience in Primavera is a plus
• A great eye for details and strong technical experience
• Exceptional skills communicating to both technical and senior audiences utilizing seminars and demos
• Vast knowledge of and familiarity with multiple database technologies
