PERI L.L.C., a leading international company in U.A.E. in the area of formwork, scaffolding and engineering is looking for individuals that have an in-depth and practical understanding of scaffolding and construction materials to fill the position as HR Manager.

Your responsibilities

• To develop and implement a HR strategy that effectively meets PERI’s business needs and adds value to the business (in line with HR Group and HR Market Unit strategy)
• To ensure that all PERI’s policies and procedures are reviewed regularly and revised as appropriate to comply with employment law and government directives and to enable PERI to meet the changing needs of their business
• To ensure that PERI’s managers and employees are aware of their legal and contractual responsibilities
• To promote, progress and champion policies and update the Company Handbook to reflect the changes in policy and legislation
• To support the maintenance of effective employee relationships and to facilitate any difficulties and their resolution
• Establish and maintain good relationships with all employees, managers and other external agencies
• Recruitment of suitable staff
• Managing Payroll Adminstration of PERI L.L.C
• Identify training needs to ensure employees have the relevant skills to do their job
• Support the Managing Director and Other Directors in people management
• Communicate key information as required
• Safeguarding the induction, further development and wellbeing of employees
• To have a proactive responsibility and awareness for PERI L.L.C health & safety procedures related to the area of responsibility

Your profile

• University Degree in Business Administration with major Human Resources or similar education
• Several years of HR experience within a leadership role
• HR U.A.E/Oman experience
• Experience in creating and implementing an HR strategy
• Widespread knowledge of Employment Law, Data Protection, Equality, Diversity, Development of Policies, Recruiting (local advertising), Payroll Administration and People Management
• Proficient in the use of MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and
