Resource Solutions and the Client

We have worked in partnership with our clients supplying recruitment services globally since 2007. Our consultative service focuses on partnering with our clients at a strategic level, ensuring that we provide a high level of relationship management and market insights to key stakeholders and hiring managers. Operationally, we are responsible for delivering the following core services through our delivery teams in the UK.

• Permanent, temporary and contractor recruitment across all levels and business areas (RPO and MSP)
• Advisory services including diverse hiring, assessments and employer brand and experience

About the Role:

• A minimum of 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience gained within a multinational tech company.
• Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Exceptional work ethic coupled with a sense of humour.
• Team player who can collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Able to manage competing deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively, working autonomously with minimal support
• Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, with ability to guide and influence others.
• Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-oriented environment and resilient problem solver
• Familiarity with web search techniques including Boolean and keyword searches.
• Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as Workday, Phenom People or similar HCM technologies and candidate sourcing tools such as Linkedin and databases.
• Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly

Essential Skills:

• Demonstrable direct recruitment experience with multinational businesses
• An understanding of Tech recruitment market beneficial but not essential
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions
• Proven stakeholder engagement experience
