The Role
Position Title: Cloud Kitchen Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A start-up cloud kitchen to operate in Dubai Job Description: • Run daily operations of the business • Handle the admin tasks of a team manager ie. staff scheduling, daily tasks & assignments • Lead the implementation of concept, menu, and budget for profit and loss • Manage the digital transactions from inquiries, orders, feedback, along with delivery coordination • Be the point of contact and decision maker for balancing supplies and deliveries, stocks, and waste management, special promotions/offer as per season and market target

Requirements
Qualifications: • Open to Asian nationals • Male, 35 to 45 years old • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role • Cloud kitchen experience is a must • Can join on December 2022
