The Role
Position Title: HR Generalist Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai based group, recognized as one of the leading providers of integrated government services to public & private sectors within UAE Job Description: – Act as liaison between employee and Benefits if necessary to provide consultation and problem resolution – Provides senior level support in functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relation – Reports directly to chairman regarding evaluation of compensation, performance evaluation management, benefits administration, organization development, training and special projects – Works with Finance team on deliverables to employees such as payroll, attendance, reimbursements, etc. – Negotiate with suppliers such as agencies on recruitment, officiate interviews and onboarding new employees as needed – Partners with Procurement and Admin team to submit deliverables on a timely manner

Requirements
