As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible to encode information into computer files or database systems from paper documents. You must ensure having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database. This position is for the Central Kitchen of the company.

Responsibilities

• Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels
• Conducts inventory on a daily basis
• Coordinates freight handling, equipment moving and minor repairs
• Work closely with the purchasing manager and inventory controller to facilitate smooth flow of product purchases.
• Performing preventive maintenance checks on all equipment
• Implements HACCP standards in store practices
• To initiate purchase requisition for buying goods whenever the stock level approaches the minimum level

Requirements

• You must have two to three years of work experience as a Storekeeper
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• With Basic Food and Hygiene training
• You must be able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• You must be a high-flier over teamwork and communication
• You completed Bachelor’s Degree or other related course
• You are currently located in the UAE and preferably available to join immediately
