Responsibilities

• Develop and implement promotions, food and wine pairings, menu items and presentations with direct reports.
• Develops a food and beverage operating strategy that is aligned with the business strategy and leads its execution.
• Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design an effective menu and wine list while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price.
• Design Food & Beverage projects to meet customers’ expectations based on analysis of current market.
• Work closely with Director of Engineering to navigate workflow and assist with information for rebranding and renovation of Food & Beverage venues.
• Own Food & Beverage project execution to increase and achieve maximum of the revenue.
• Implement necessary employee training program in collaboration with Learning & Development Team to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
• Follow guidelines and collaborate with Corporate Office to achieve Four Seasons Food and Beverage mission.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• 4-5 years of working experience in a managerial role at luxury hospitality environment as a department head is desirable.
• Solid knowledge of food & beverage.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
• Guest oriented and service-minded.
