Charterhouse is working with a Global Manufacturing Organisation, who is looking to hire an Office Coordinator to join their dynamic tight-knit team in Dubai.
About the role
As an Office Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to, overseeing and managing all administrative duties in the office, answering all incoming telephone enquiries, coordinating with the outsourcing teams, managing any paperwork and documentation on behalf of the team. You will be responsible for the maintenance and smooth running of the office which may also include negotiating with suppliers, trade licenses. In addition, you will support Team Members with any administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing their calendars and any complex travel arrangements.
Our client is seeking someone with creativity to design and generate News Letters alongside creating presentations for Board Members. You will be able to identify any opportunities for development and implement new systems. As a proven administrator, you will be a self-starter, highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines and represent the business in the best light at all times.
About you
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years administrative experience and currently residing in the UAE. You must have exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. You should be a career driven and highly motivated individual, eager to contribute to an organisation whilst demonstrating strong team work skills.
